Hoe Het Werkt
Our Plastic Crusher machine operates with an open rotor mounted with heavy-duty knives in either a double-scissor cut or v-shape array. As the rotor spins at high speeds, its knives cut material against stationary counter-knives. The material is continuously cut until it is small enough to pass through the screen sieve.
- Heavy-Duty Rotor: Fitted with 12 rotor knives and 3 stationary knives for clean, efficient cuts.
- Premium Blades: Re-sharpenable alloy steel knives that can be adjusted easily inside the cutting chamber.
- Interchangeable Sieve: Easily replaceable screens (10mm to 100mm) to output the exact flake size required for washing or extrusion.
